SAN RAMON, Calif. (Jan. 11, 2016) – Armanino, the largest independent accounting and business consulting firm based in California, announced today that it promoted nine new partners effective Jan. 1, 2016. This year’s class of partners averaged less than 10 years with the firm before making partner, well below the industry average of 16 years, a testament to these individuals’ talent and Armanino’s focus on providing its staff with opportunities to grow their careers and become leaders in the profession. Many in the class are alumni of the firm’s Managers’ Advisory Board, a committee that leads firm wide business, community and culture initiatives.
“We are so proud to welcome our largest partner class in firm history. These women and men represent the best in our profession and create success and opportunity for their clients and staff,” said Andy Armanino, managing partner of Armanino. “Our newest partners illustrate the excellence of Armanino’s internal leadership programs and we are excited that our drive to innovate accounting firms continues to succeed.”
