SAN RAMON, Calif. (January 7, 2014) – ArmaninoLLP, the largest independent accounting and business consulting firm in California and the 29th largest firm in the United States, today announced that it has acquired Rose Business Solutions, Inc., one of the nation’s largest Microsoft Dynamics GP value added resellers. The merger creates new geographic expansion for Armanino and its Dynamics consulting practice in both traditional on-premises clients located in Southern California and Hawaii as well as a large segment of cloud-based clients.
"Rose Business Solutions is well known for its depth of expertise and dedication to the highest quality client service. Armanino sees this acquisition as a way to expand the solution set we offer to meet our clients’ ever-changing business needs and help them achieve their goals,” said Andy Armanino, Managing Partner of Armanino.
Rose Business Solutions and Armanino are both recognized as Microsoft Inner Circle members, which represents the top one percent of Microsoft Dynamics partners in the world. Rose Business Solutions supports a wide variety of verticals including life sciences, technology, medical device manufacturing and professional services. They have been a Microsoft Dynamics partner since 1991.
Rose’s headquarters in San Diego will become an Armanino office and join the list of their existing locations in San Jose, San Francisco, Portland, OR, and Naperville, IL. Armanino’s headquarters will remain in San Ramon, Calif.
“We know Rose Business Solutions customers will benefit greatly from all the new services that Armanino offers, including accounting, tax, budgeting, forecasting and business intelligence tools. We are extremely pleased to welcome this outstanding team to our growing Armanino family,” added Tom Mescall, Partner-In-Charge of Consulting for Armanino.
“Over the years, I have been approached many times to merge with other firms,” said Linda Rose, CEO of Rose Business Solutions. “What attracted me to Armanino is that their core accounting background combined with their extensive Dynamics product knowledge and progressive organization will expand our consultants’ ability to deliver solutions and benefit Rose’s existing clients. I am confident I am leaving the business I founded in good hands.”
Linda Rose will now focus all of her energies as CEO of RoseASP, a full-service application service provider who has been hosting Microsoft Dynamics ERP in the Cloud since 2000. RoseASP will remain a separate company and will continue to work closely with customers serviced by both entities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
