Bio
Tracy is a director at Armanino’s National Tax Office with over 20 years of experience in property tax and an additional five years in accounting. She specializes in solar, cable television, telecommunications, manufacturing, and retail.
Before joining Armanino, Tracy was the principal in the tax services group specializing in property tax at Brown Smith Wallace where her responsibilities included preparation, review and negotiations related to business and personal property taxes for large, outsourced engagements.
Prior to her arrival at Brown Smith Wallace, Tracy was a member of the property tax team at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Previously, she was a senior accountant at a privately held telecommunications company and worked as an accountant at a property management company.
Tracy earned a B.S. in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from Columbia College, graduating Cum Laude. She is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) and a candidate to become a Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (CMI).
