Bio
Todd is responsible for client relations and overseeing tax and accounting engagements, as well as providing invaluable staff training. Drawing upon his own experience working in both public accounting and industry, Todd serves clients such as C corporations, publicly traded companies, S corporations and LLC/partnership clients in the retail, manufacturing, transportation, professional services, real estate and construction industries. He has worked with startups and broker-dealers.
Todd supervises and reviews tax engagements, including the preparation of federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals and businesses, such as large consolidated C corporations, and the related accounting for income taxes (ASC 740).
Todd graduated from Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Missouri and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
