Tim is a licensed CPA with over 13 years of real estate related experience. He has extensive experience with real estate development, acquisition, 1031 exchanges, and hotel/hospitality operations. His comprehensive knowledge of tax planning and strategy has made him a trusted advisor for individuals and businesses in these sectors and works closely with his clients to optimize tax strategies. He has worked with multiple top 10 accounting firms assisting real estate clients with tax structuring and individual tax situations.
In addition to his real estate work, Tim has played an instrumental role in assisting family-owned businesses with mergers and acquisitions, helping them navigate complex financial transactions to ensure seamless transitions and continued growth. Furthermore, Tim has over 5 years of construction tax experience, advising contractors, sub-contractors, and developers on tax-efficient strategies and ensuring compliance with ever-changing regulations.
Tim is a member of the AICPA, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Stonehill College, and a Master’s of Accounting from Northeastern University. He hails from Massachusetts, spent 7 years in San Diego, and now resides in Denver, Colorado.
