Talbot is a senior Strategy & Transformation consultant and leads the practice's executive advisory services. He specializes in strategic growth and scalability, problem solving, design thinking, process transformation, data strategy and solutions architecture.
Talbot is passionate about helping clients establish alignment and clarity on their strategic objectives and navigate their business transformation journeys. He is a former product, services, and information technology executive for public companies and Silicon Valley start-ups with more than 20 years of experience in strategy development, mission-critical project leadership, team building and coaching, and lean start-up methodology.
Tablot holds both Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM) qualifications.
