Bio
Sean is a director in the Tax practice, where he specializes in corporate income tax and helps clients with complex issues such as ASC 740 accounting for income taxes. Originally based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he works with public and private companies and has extensive experience serving technology, software and digital asset companies in the rapid growth and pre-IPO stages.
He is a member of the American institute of Certified Public Accountants and received his B.S. in accounting from California State University, San Diego.
