Meet Sarah

Sarah is a Functional Advisory thought leader who specializes in guiding leaders through major business transformations and technology investments. She has helped clients accelerate financial close processes, integrate automation, enhance operational processes and navigate enterprise system implementations. Her deep expertise and fresh perspective in these areas helps leaders decide how and where to transform operations and leverage technology. Known for her project management skills, she ensures every engagement is built on constant alignment, clear communication and accountability.

Prior to Armanino, Sarah led finance teams across controllership, FP&A, shared services and compliance functions. She developed her keen sense for operational excellence and working capital best practices during a decade-plus with a manufacturing conglomerate. She also led operational improvement and technology optimization projects for a private-equity-backed company preparing for an IPO.

Sarah’s subject matter expertise in Workday Financial Management rounds out her ability to deliver transformative solutions to help leaders drive efficiency and achieve strategic goals.

She is a technical SME in Workday Financials.
