Q&A

Q. What was it that drew you to Armanino?
I have tremendous respect for Armanino’s partner group and I could see how Armanino was evolving as a firm from afar. It was time to take the next step in my career and go beyond current limitations, and I wanted a bigger challenge. Armanino showed me the value in a forward-thinking mindset and transformation through innovation and entrepreneurialism.
Q. What keeps you up at night?
I go to sleep very well, every night. I think sleep is important.
Q. Describe your work style.
Organized, responsive and proactive; I like to work through strategic planning and extensively use my calendar to stay on track. It’s important to me to be responsive by acknowledging my clients and my team within the same business day, so they know they’re heard and valued.
Q. What’s your proudest moment?
Q. Who is (or was) the most influential person in your life
My wife; she keeps me grounded and she’s my ultimate sounding board. As we cherish the same values and faith, she continues to have a large influence on me and our life together.
Q. If you could pass on a nugget of wisdom to aspiring accountants or consultants, what would that be?
Don’t be afraid to be thoughtful, speak up, and give ideas that could ultimately bring better results for the clients we serve.
