Payal is a corporate tax specialist with in-depth expertise in stock-based compensation (ASC 718-740) and Section 162(m) limitation calculations for corporate tax provisions. In addition to her experience in corporate taxation, Payal has experience in ERP consulting that helps her understand various equity systems and their capabilities in producing tax relevant reports.
