Bio
Nicolas is a dynamic, senior-level professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in restructuring services, corporate finance, accounting and operations. His wide industry exposure includes technology, consumer business, life sciences, healthcare, food and beverage, manufacturing and financial services. He has worked closely as a trusted advisor with investors, lenders, managers and others of over 250 challenged companies to help guide them through optimal restructuring strategies. Nicolas has extensive experience in sale transactions for distressed companies and negotiation of asset purchase agreements for the sale of intellectual properties and patent portfolios of diverse and complex assets. His work has also included assignment for the benefit of creditors, managed liquidations, transactional due diligence, financial advisory, court appointed receiverships, workout negotiations, forensic accounting and collateral monitoring.
Nicolas holds an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University and bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Management from Ave Maria University. He is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
