Nadia is a Senior Director in the CFO Advisory practice. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA.
Based in the Silicon Valley, Nadia has more than 10 years of experience in the valuation of venture capital backed companies for stock option pricing and financial reporting purposes. She performs 409A valuations, intangible asset valuations and purchase price allocations. Nadia also performs valuations of closely held businesses for estate planning purposes, shareholder buyouts, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and provides guidance on business matters. Additionally, she helps high net worth individuals with minority interest valuations of asset holding companies generating passive income through real estate, stock portfolios and other investments.
Nadia also performs audit reviews of valuations for audit clients to ensure compliance with IRS regulations and U.S. GAAP.
