Michael has successfully navigated numerous complex tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and various state and local jurisdictions. Drawing on his vast knowledge of tax and real estate, Michael has authored various articles for the CPA Journal and Crain’s New York, presented on Qualified Zones and led seminars on reporting losses from Ponzi schemed for CPA Academy, CCH and other industry groups.
