Katie Hered has her MBA with distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in Management & Organizations and Strategy. She received her Bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology. Katie is passionate about understanding what makes people and organizations tick, what influences decision-making processes, and how organizations can design structures to create positive, productive, and engaging environments. As a strategy and transformation manager, she focuses on organizational change management, tech strategy, and customer and employee engagement. Other specialties include market research, facilitation, design thinking, and current versus ideal future state assessment and activation.
