Justin is a licensed CPA with over a decade of experience, encompassing both public accounting and private equity fund administration. He prides himself on delivering exceptional client service and being a trusted tax advisor. Justin specializes in providing tax planning and compliance services to private equity and venture capital fund managers. He has a proven track record of successfully leading complex tax engagements involving multi-national PE/VC fund structures, including international tax reporting related to passive foreign investment companies, controlled foreign corporations, and foreign partnerships.
In addition to his professional achievements, Justin serves on the Colorado State Board of Accountancy and is a member of NASBA’s Legislative Support Committee.
