There is no substitute for hard work. Don’t ask anything of anybody else you would not be prepared to do yourself. And education is continuous. Every day is a new learning day and my style is to be open and willing to take on new challenges.
Past performance is no guarantee of future success. I do not feel constrained by historical evidence, it is of course a useful indicator but it is not a driver for future performance.
Joining Armanino, though this is also the best business decision I ever made. I started my Business Intelligence U.S. business from ground zero in 2008, and the only person I knew in the U.S. was my wife. In less than four years we built the business to $1.25 million in revenue which I am very proud of. I was approached by Matt Armanino and Geoffrey Wayong to join Armanino with the opportunity to expand our capabilities beyond my current structure. By 2016 our Business Intelligence practice will grow tenfold and am very pleased they persuaded me to join.
My wedding day, although I am also very proud at our kids ongoing achievements.
