Bio
Joe is a senior manager and co-leads the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) team. He has been in the Workday ecosystem since 2014 in both industry and functional roles and has supported more than 100 Workday customers. He holds the following Workday certifications: Workday People Experience, Workday Core Compensation, Workday Delivery Assurance, Workday Benefits, Workday HCM Core and Workday Launch.
Beyond his project and product experience, Joe has advanced knowledge of workforce management principles in a wide range of industries, including technology/SaaS, construction, professional services, health care, nonprofit, financial services and asset management. He graduated from Towson University with a bachelor’s degree in project management and business analysis.
