Q&A

Q. What was it that drew you to Armanino?
The culture. Armanino genuinely cares about our people and clients. The kindness and thoughtfulness of our people is extraordinary. They are intelligent, thoughtful people who I enjoy working with.
Q. What is the toughest decision you have ever made?
Choosing accounting over dance. Dance was my first passion and what I thought I would pursue as my career. However, I have been able to develop a passion for accounting through building deep relationships with my clients. These deep client relationships bring me joy and make work not feel like a job.
Q. Describe your work style.
Proactive, detail oriented and genuine.
Q. Who is (or was) the most influential person in your life
My husband. I can be a perfectionist and high energy, and he grounds me. Before I met him, I was working nonstop. He helped me see the bigger picture at work and in life
Q. What do you love most about your work?
I love being able to help people. My strongest client relationships are those where both of us can have honest and open dialogue. At times I must deliver difficult news to my clients about their tax situation, and it is easier when we have a certain level of trust.
