Armanino’s focus on empowerment has allowed me to take charge of my own ideas, form valuable client relationships, and lead trainings that encourage learning and development, directly impacting the firm at all levels.
The business environment will be much faster and intuitive. Technological advancement has already accelerated dramatically and continues to do so, producing a breadth of information faster than we’ve ever seen before. Companies need to be in a position to learn, obtain and capitalize on the information availability or ultimately, they may not survive.
Development of our people and future leaders; it’s important to me to continually think of ways to encourage professional growth and help others understand what they’re doing and why they’re doing it.
When I think of proud moments, becoming a true partner to each of my clients is top of mind because it’s an aspect of my career where I reach the pinnacle of that relationship.
