He is a trusted expert in capital market readiness, finance function transformation, merger integration, value-creation engagements and resolving complex technical accounting and financial reporting issues. Collaborating closely with CFOs and private equity operating partners, Isaac drives successful transactions, spearheads impactful transformations, and more.
Isaac has advised companies on an array of capital market transactions, including IPO, spin-off IPOs and SPAC mergers. His expertise spans the entire transaction cycle – from strategy to capital market assessments to seamless execution. He has conducted dual-track/IPO readiness reviews, guided clients on selecting listing venues (NASDAQ, NYSE) and ensured the preparation of PCAOB-audit-ready, SEC-compliant financial statements. Additionally, he has advised on offering document preparation and SOX readiness as well as enhanced FP&A effectiveness. For SPAC mergers, he has performed capital market readiness due diligence for targeted companies.
Beyond transactions, Isaac has led finance functions transformations and collaborated with private equity sponsor companies to improve financial, operational and managerial reporting capabilities.
