Gianluca is a licensed CPA that specializes in tax compliance, consulting and planning, succession planning, dealing with tax authorities and multi-state taxation, among other areas. His experience spans the manufacturing and distribution, retail, real estate, construction and food and beverage, and consumer products industries, working with middle-market and closely held businesses, as well as high-net-worth individuals.
Gianluca holds an MST and has served as a guest speaker on tax matters for several professional organizations, including the National Conference of CPA Practitioners and the New York State Society of CPAs.
