Erin helps clients achieve new possibilities thanks to her dynamic experience in tax compliance, tax consulting and structuring services. She serves both equity and mortgage Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), private equity funds, real estate developers, distressed debt funds, and real estate clients with complex structures, including both foreign and domestic investors. Erin also advises clients on 1031 exchanges, including reverse exchanges and multi-property.
