Bio
Diane is a director on the State and Local Tax (SALT) practice at Armanino. With over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry, she focuses on sales tax and property tax. Her background includes state and local tax work, primarily with sales/use, property tax, payroll, employment tax and unclaimed property. She has served clients in many industries, including cable, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing and health care.
Before Armanino, Diane was the manager in the tax services group at Brown Smith Wallace. Diane previously worked at Altice USA, RehabCareGroup, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen. Diane was the director of transaction and property tax at Altice where she oversaw sales, use and property tax compliance and audits, as well as the research team. She has multi-state expertise in both disciplines.
A licensed Certified Public Accountant, Diane earned her B.S. in accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Diane was the recipient of the Silver Medal award for receiving the second highest score on the CPA exam in the state of Missouri.
