David has over 16 years of experience helping middle-market companies reduce their cash tax, ensure compliance and serve as their trusted advisor and business partner.
David has worked with all entity types but has deep experience with partnership taxation for middle-market clients. This experience is augmented with expertise in ASC 740-10, state and local tax, international tax and mergers and acquisitions issues. He serves many different industries but primarily focuses on technology, professional services and manufacturing.
