Meet Curtis

Curtis has helped many clients achieve growth initiatives: M&A, capital raising, reorganization, and carve-outs. He has also helped clients complete successful liquidity events via IPOs, de-SPACs, reverse mergers and other M&A transactions. He combines his business acumen with valuation and accounting expertise to identify, address and resolve business issues for executives/management teams, founders/entrepreneurs, private investors and venture capitalists.

Curtis specializes in valuations for financial reporting (ASC 820, 805, 350, 360, 718, 842, 815), tax purposes (409A, 382, 8283, gift & estate, C-S Corp), strategic planning (MBO, fairness opinions, market studies) and litigation support (shareholder disputes, marital dissolutions).
