Q&A

Q. What was it that drew you to Armanino?

At Armanino, I get to work with a lot of closely held businesses. This gives me an opportunity to truly impact the growth, sustainability and success of our clients. I love being able to assist the decision makers and have a positive impact on their organizations.

Q. Without naming names, tell us about your favorite client and why you enjoyed working with them.

When the tax law was modified in 2017, I got to work on a rewarding project that involved hands-on strategizing alongside one of our clients. This opportunity to partner with the client allowed me to play a key role in the future of their business and their people.

Q. Describe your work style.

I’ve learned to adapt my work style to the needs of different people I work with. Being flexible and hands-on is important when working with clients. With my team members, I guide them with a more hands-off approach that gives them the freedom to do their job.

Q. Who is (or was) the most influential person in your life?

My dad and the way he carried himself on a daily basis. He worked hard, did everything he could to provide for us, and was very present in our lives. He coached our little league games, was always there for the important events, and did little things every day to show us how much he cared. It’s because of his influence that I now try to do the same for my family.

Q. What do you love most about your work?

I like helping clients make decisions. I know that the work I do with clients will impact their businesses, their personal lives and the lives of their employees. I keep all of this in mind when I do my work and try to come up with strategies that will have a positive effect on these entire communities.
