Bio
As a partner in the firm’s State and Local Tax (SALT) practice specializing in property tax, Billy brings over 16 years of real and personal property tax technical experience to clients on a national basis. Billy has served clients across many industries including manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, life sciences, automotive, power and utilities, technology, retail, storage and real estate.
His property tax experience includes personal property tax compliance and consulting, real property tax consulting and appeal services, personal property tax audits, property tax abatements, property tax incentive administration, pollution control certification and equipment obsolescence studies.
Prior to joining Armanino, Billy was a principal at Deloitte Tax LLP where he served as the property tax operations leader and led national engagement teams. He began his career at True Partners Consulting and BDO USA as a member of their national property tax practices.
Billy is a Certified Member of the Institute of Professionals in Taxation.
