Ben Wempe

Ben is a Texas-registered CPA with over 15 years of audit, consulting, and practical industry experience, including ASC 606 implementations, revenue and order processing team management, financial statement audits, SOX compliance, stock compensation expense calculations, and purchase accounting. He has provided financial and consulting services for numerous public and private companies.

Before joining Armanino, Ben was a senior director of revenue accounting at Better Mortgage, Quest Software, and Forcepoint, an audit manager at Holtzman Partners, and an audit senior at Ernst & Young.

He earned a bachelor of business administration (with honors) and a master of accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Ben loves camping and the outdoors. When the weather is nice, you are likely to find him camping at Inks Lake with his two young sons.
