Bio
Austin is a senior manager and co-leader of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) team. He began his consulting career at Workday Services, where he supported 90+ customers, primarily as a lead consultant during Phase 1 and Phase X product deployments, but also in a Postproduction capacity. He then pivoted to lead a Fortune 500 company’s internal Workday team.
He blends his consulting and customer-side experience with deep technical knowledge of Workday’s HCM, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Talent and Peakon modules, having served as a product lead at Workday for many of these products. Austin holds the following Workday certifications: Workday Advanced Compensation, Workday Delivery Assurance, Workday Core Compensation, Workday Learning and Workday Core HCM. He earned a B.A. in Communication Studies from West Virginia University.
