Alan is an expert in various real estate transactions, including development and construction, rental operations, sales or exchanges, management, and brokerage. He provides guidance to real estate professionals on issues concerning residential properties, office and industrial buildings, shopping centers, and vacant land intended for investment or development. A licensed CPA, Alan actively participates in the real estate community and has engaged with numerous organizations over the years. He has taught real estate accounting at New York University's School of Continuing Education, delivered lectures on accounting and tax issues, and contributed to the Common Interest Realty Associates Guide published by the AICPA.
